Where do you deliver?

We offer shipping to all locations within the United States.

At this time, we do not provide international shipping outside of the USA.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe and you haven’t received any updates, please start by checking your order tracking. If the tracking information shows any issues, reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order dispatches from our warehouse, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track the status and location of your shipment.

Is it possible to update my shipping address after placing an order?

If you spot an error in your shipping address, please email us asap within 24 hours at support@obsetic.com, including your name and order number. We’ll do our best to correct the address before your package is dispatched. Once the order has left our warehouse, we can’t guarantee changes, but we’ll make every effort to help.

Can I pick up my order directly from your warehouse?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a pickup option from our warehouse at this time.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept product returns?

Yes, we accept returns in accordance with our 30 Day Return Policy. Items must be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

When will I receive my refund?
