Return & Refund Policy

We believe outdoor furniture should be as dependable as it is beautiful. That’s why Obsetic offers a 30-day return policy, so you can shop with confidence, knowing we’ve got your back if something’s not quite right.

If you're not happy with your order, please reach out to us by phone or email within 30 days of receiving your order to request a full or partial refund, where applicable. See the details below for our full return policy.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY
You can return your furniture within 30 days of delivery. All we ask is that the item must be:

  • In a new, unused, undamaged condition
  • Returned in its original packaging

Please note: Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Acceptable Return Reasons:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, contact our customer support within 30 days of delivery to begin the return process.
  • Incorrect Items Received: If you received the wrong item, please notify us within 30 days of delivery for a return and replacement.
  • Change of mind returns: If you change your mind within 30 days of delivery, and the item is new, unused, undamaged and in original packaging.

RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, email support@obsetic.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Once you’ve received your RMA and label:

  1. Secure the item in its original packaging.
  2. Print and attach the shipping label to the outer package.
  3. We'll reach out to you and arrange a time slot for our courier to pickup the item from your address, or you can drop it off at our drop off location.

Returns sent without prior approval and an RMA number will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost

  • If the return is due to a product defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other reasons, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 10–12 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

For refund questions, email support@obsetic.com. If we’re unable to process the refund back to your original payment method, we’ll issue the refund via bank transfer. We do not issue refunds via CashApp, Venmo, Payoneer, or similar platforms.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order on Obsetic separately. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

RESTOCKING FEES
We don't have any restocking fees. 

EXCEPTIONS
If your item is defective or damaged, contact our support team to arrange a refund. We’re here to help resolve any issues quickly.

DELIVERIES TO INCORRECT ADDRESS
We ship to the address provided at checkout. If the address was entered incorrectly and the order was delivered accordingly, we are not responsible for any loss.

SALE ITEMS
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once the order is placed.
