Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) from the time the order is placed. Please note that during busy periods or due to unexpected delays, processing times may be longer. In such cases, we will inform customers as soon as possible.

    • Processing time refers to the period required to prepare and dispatch your order after successful placement and payment confirmation.
    • Orders submitted after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the following business day.
    • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
    • We do not process, ship, or deliver orders on weekends or public holidays.

      Free Shipping Policy

      We provide free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive at your doorstep within 3–5 business days.

      Order Tracking

      Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.       Our primary shipping carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS).

      Standard Free Shipping:

      • All orders are shipped via USPS standard shipping.
      • Delivery times are estimated according to USPS guidelines and may vary based on the destination.

      Shipping Restrictions

      Continental U.S: We currently ship to all states within the continental United States only.
      Alaska & Hawaii:
      Shipping is available to Alaska and Hawaii; however, additional charges may apply. Please review shipping costs at checkout.
      International Shipping:
      We do not offer international shipping at this time and only deliver within the United States.
      PO Boxes:
      Deliveries to PO Boxes are not supported.
      Delivery Delays:
      Please note that unforeseen events, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other external factors may cause delays in delivery.

       

      How can I update the shipping address?

      Once an order is in transit, we’re unable to modify the delivery address. If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@obsetic.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours during our business hours, 9 AM to 5 PM EST.

      Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

      If you decide to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we’re happy to process a full refund within 24 hours.

      What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

      If your package appears damaged upon delivery, we recommend refusing the parcel and notifying our customer service team. If the package was delivered without your presence and arrives damaged, please contact us for further instructions. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue in line with our return policy.

      What if my order gets lost in mail?

      If your order hasn’t arrived within 3–6 business days, please get in touch with us. We’ll investigate with the courier to locate your package.
      If the parcel is confirmed lost and the shipping address provided was correct, we’ll resend your order at no additional cost.

      Please note: If an incorrect address was entered during checkout and the order was delivered accordingly, we cannot be held responsible.
